Amazing Grace Health & Wellness Center was founded on a simple belief: quality healthcare should be accessible, affordable, and personalized.

Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible to individuals and families, including those who may be between jobs, working part-time, uninsured, or seeking affordable healthcare options. Through preventive care, ongoing management of chronic conditions, and patient education, we strive to help patients take a proactive role in their health and reduce avoidable emergency room visits.
